Welcome to the eDOT Solutions Privacy policy

eDOT respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This document is intended to advise what data may be collected by eDOT when you visit their website or communicate with us & how & why that data may be used by us. We will also try and explain your legal rights in respect to data, specially so with the GDPR compliance becoming mandatory.

Assumptions

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. This document may be read in conjunction with other local, National and International legally binding instruments and/or Non-disclosure agreements, contracts for specific services rendered or projects undertaken, where applicable. It may be necessary for you to provide data to us in pursuance of a service agreement, contract or scope of work.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Erasure of records
 
You may contact us for erasing records of your personal data at any stage. There may be times that it may be necessary to retain your data for ongoing service contracts/scope of work and we would be happy to work with you for your concerns.
The above notwithstanding, we will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for and will always abide by any over-riding legal or statutory instruments.
